Alesis OSA1 is a non-invasive, comfortable, and clinically effective treatment that addresses the root causes of OSA — no surgery, no CPAP, no discomfort.
Alesis OSA1 is a proprietary photobiomodulation protocol that uses precisely calibrated light energy delivered to the upper airway tissues to reduce the inflammation, fat deposition, and tissue laxity that cause obstructive sleep apnea.
The treatment is delivered in 12-minute sessions, twice per week for three weeks — a total of six treatments. Patients remain fully clothed and comfortable throughout each session. There is no recovery period, no anesthesia, and no post-treatment restrictions.
Two sessions per week for three weeks. Total treatment time under 90 minutes.
Patients leave immediately after treatment. No recovery, no restrictions, no side effects.
Pre- and post-treatment AHI testing documents your improvement objectively.
OSA is caused by structural and tissue factors in the upper airway (left). Alesis OSA1 targets these root causes directly (right).
Once you enroll as a patient, you will meet in-person or by video call with an Alesis-affiliated clinician to review your sleep study results, medical history, and confirm your suitability for OSA1 treatment.
Attend two 12-minute sessions per week at your selected facility for three weeks. You remain fully clothed and comfortable throughout each session.
After treatment is complete, a follow-up sleep study documents your AHI improvement. Most patients see significant reduction in apnea events.
Alesis OSA1 is safe for the vast majority of patients. The following conditions may preclude treatment or require physician review before proceeding.
Active cancer or malignancy in the treatment area
Pregnancy or suspected pregnancy
Active infection, open wounds, or lesions in the treatment area
Photosensitizing medications (discuss with your prescribing physician)
Implanted electronic devices (e.g., pacemakers, cochlear implants) near the treatment field
Known hypersensitivity to light therapy
Uncontrolled thyroid disease
Severe coagulopathy or active anticoagulant therapy without physician clearance
The vast majority of patients report no discomfort during or after treatment. There is no pain, burning, or sensation during the light therapy session. No anesthesia is required. Patients leave immediately after each session with no restrictions on activity, diet, or driving. There is no known risk of serious adverse outcomes in appropriately screened patients.
We believe everyone deserves access to effective sleep apnea treatment. Choose the plan that works for you. Payment options and pricing may vary by treatment facility.
